These terms govern your access to and use of the website, as well as the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Breathe Botanic (ABN 55 628 529 454). Please read these terms carefully, and if you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
1. Prices and Payment
- Prices listed on www.breathebotanic.com.au are subject to change without prior notice. Updated prices will be displayed on the website.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Breathe Botanic does not charge GST.
- We accept all payment methods supported by Square, including Visa and Mastercard.
2. Ordering
- To process your order, we require information such as your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address, and payment details.
- For details on how we handle your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- Payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed and dispatched.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, there may have been an issue processing your order. Please contact us at hello@breathebotanic.com.au for assistance.
3. Delivery/Click & Collect/Shipping
- Click and Collect is available Monday - Saturday at a pre-arranged time.
- We offer free local delivery within 20km of the Margaret River town centre on all plants purchased via our website.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, you MUST specify a safe place for the delivery to be left. A $20 re-delivery fee applies if there is no safe, concealed place for your order to be left.
4. Product and Availability
- Stock availability is limited, and we will update the website as items are sold out.
- While we strive to offer plants and botanical wares that closely resemble the photos on our site, please note that natural variations may occur, and no two plants are identical.
- We make every effort to provide accurate product information, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product they purchase meets their specific requirements.
- Despite our best efforts, the actual colours and designs of products may vary slightly from their appearance on the website due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and other factors.
- By purchasing from Breathe Botanic, you acknowledge and accept the slight risk of variation between the actual product and its online representation.
5. Days of Operation
- Unless specifically advertised Breathe Botanic does not operate on Sundays, public holidays, or over the Christmas period, and deliveries will not occur on these days.
- Our online store is open 24/7.
- Click and Collect is available Monday – Saturday by appointment.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- We are unable to offer refunds if incorrect delivery information is provided. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that accurate and detailed delivery instructions are given.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel an order, please email us at hello@breathebotanic.com.au.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. We do not offer replacement plants after 7 days from the purchase date. For further assistance, please contact us at hello@breathebotanic.com.au.
